Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully packaged before shipment.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. During collection launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Made to order and custom pieces may require additional production time. Any extended processing times will be noted on the product page.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Spirit & Stone Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Spirit & Stone Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Spirit & Stone Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
