At Spirit & Stone Studio, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches or made to order. Because of the handmade nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing selections, or general wear.
Please review all product descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, we’re always happy to help at hello@spiritandstone.studio.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to love your piece.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@spiritandstone.studio. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your claim and make it right.
Custom & Personalized Pieces
Custom, personalized, and made to order pieces are created specifically for you and are final sale.
Repairs
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry.
If your piece experiences a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, please contact us at hello@spiritandstone.studio. We will evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, repair or replace the item at our discretion.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, loss, or damage caused by misuse are not considered manufacturing defects.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if an order cannot be fulfilled, a replacement cannot be provided for an approved claim, or as otherwise required by law.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have certain consumer rights under applicable laws. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit those rights.
